Liisa Hymander

Pedagogical Lead & Program Facilitator

Liisa is a mother of four children who values curiosity and child centred learning.  Homeschooling her eldest daughter until grade 7 she shifted gears and began her journey as a Waldorf Kindergarten and grades teacher.

Growing with Northern Lights School as there lead teacher she graduated as a Waldorf grades teacher in 2021 from The Rudolf Steiner College in Toronto.  As an Honours Child and Youth Worker graduate, Liisa has a spirit for creating space for others to learn, grow and connect.

A passion for whole foods, circus arts, sewing and the outdoors keeps her smiling. Liisa looks forward to future adventures with students, families, and community.
